Casa de las NONAS

The owner is the same, though the place I’m posting about isn’t at this location. Luis and his wife were excellent and so helpful. We arrived by bike and practically begged to check in early, and Luis kindly agreed. He and his wife responded quickly when we called about the hot water running out. Roadwork on Aguas Street seems to have caused a problem, and it wasn’t their fault. They even offered us a shower at their own house. The house itself was immaculate, with a double bed in one bedroom, a second room for two, and another bed suitable for a child or adult. There were fans in every room, a washing machine, and a small patio or laundry area with a large sink for washing and hanging clothes. The spacious living-dining room had two lovely sofas and air conditioning. The kitchen was excellent and well equipped, though a few things were missing. We made pizza and managed fine. There’s also a backyard patio where we took our bikes apart to keep the house clean and hung our clothes. The driveway fits one car, and there’s a closed garage next door. It’s across from a school. We didn’t go shopping, so can’t say much about the neighborhood.
