The rooms are spacious and clean, and the apartments are reasonably priced and well located. The owner is thoughtful and engaging, and helps make your time in Salta easy. There's character here, from the large front doors to the courtyard that was originally meant for horses. It's a safe part of the city, and you can walk to many great restaurants. Catamarca is a busy street, though, so light sleepers might want earplugs. For a quick breakfast and excellent coffee, I recommend Cafe Isidro down the street.

Frederic was quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment felt safe, was clean, and had loads of space. It's conveniently close to Salta's main square, attractions, restaurants, and stores.

The rooms look just like the pictures, but the TV is only there for show and doesn't work. Worse, sleep was impossible. A bar next door played loud music every night, and the owner acted like nothing was happening. I was there for three nights and managed only six hours of sleep in total.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. Everything was spotless and brand new, and the location is excellent. Highly recommended 😉

We had a hard time sleeping all three nights because the bar right next door had live bands playing. Cigarette smoke from it somehow drifted into the apartment too, which spoiled the stay. The apartment itself was spacious and very nice, with just a few small cleaning issues that weren't serious.
