The hotel is old and has no parking. It is in a good location, though we didn't like having breakfast brought to our room, especially since you have to climb stairs to reach the room.

They offer check-in at any hour, which is unusual these days when many hotels make you wait until 2:00 PM. Prices are affordable, service is friendly, and the location is excellent.

Terrible place. The Wi-Fi doesn't work and the elevator is faulty. One concierge, an older man, behaves inappropriately toward children and women. Worst of all, there's no manager or owner there when you try to make a complaint. I wouldn't recommend it.

The concierge staff were all attentive and friendly, and housekeeping was excellent, quick, and efficient. If you need laundry, just tell the concierge and a laundromat will collect your clothes and return them clean and ironed as needed. The hotel has an elevator as well as stairs, with TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and private bathrooms. It's beautiful, reasonably priced, and fantastically central, just 10 meters from Florida Street pedestrian mall.
