The rooms are small and basic, with a tiny bathroom and hot water. Parking is only on the street, and the staff weren't very friendly. We didn't feel welcome. They wanted payment before we'd even slept, and breakfast came with only one coffee. I asked for hot water for my thermos during breakfast, and they expected the 20 pesos right away. Wouldn't recommend it.

The room was small, the bathroom even smaller, and there wasn't a proper window or Wi-Fi. The location was only so-so for a regular price. Hard to understand.

For the price, this basic budget hotel is adequate, but several things spoiled the stay. The room and bathroom are tiny, the TV is old with no Netflix, and the Wi-Fi keeps cutting out. Dinner was awkward because there was no menu or clear pricing. They also charged us $24,500 for just a few extra hours, while a full night on Booking.com cost $39,481. The lack of transparency was frustrating.

The bed is very comfortable, and the executive room includes a TV, air conditioning, bathroom, and balcony. The staff are attentive and the service is good, though the TV is probably only about 15 inches. Breakfast is a little skimpy, and the croissants aren't very good. For the price and comfort, though, it's fine.
