The apartment felt almost luxurious, with a very modern look, and the shared spaces were in perfect condition. Everyone working there, including the team on WhatsApp, was helpful. For the price, the quality is exceptional. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and I can only recommend it 👍

The room was a letdown too: hair everywhere, a dirty floor, and a really unpleasant smell that was strong enough to wake me during the night. We can’t recommend this hotel. Porto by FMA Living is far from the city center, in the middle of an unfinished industrial park. All communication with the provider went through AI, and getting payment sorted out took a lot of time and effort. European credit cards weren’t accepted, and even support was only available through AI.

We spent 9 days here, and it was a great place, with modern facilities, a spa, gym, outdoor pool, and, especially useful, washing machines. WhatsApp support was quick and efficient whenever we needed something. One suggestion: the buffet could use more food choices. Still, there are markets and shops all around.

Really lovely place, and highly recommended. I’d skip the breakfast, though. There are lots of much better choices just a few steps from the apartment.
