We arrived at 6.30am with no notice, looking for a room because the hotel we’d booked had shut down after taking our money without telling us. The concierge here helped us immediately, and the room was perfect. We’re so grateful. Breakfast was wonderful too.

The reception staff were excellent, efficient, and helpful. The hotel has the basics you need for a stay in Salta, and it was clean and comfortable. It’s good, nice, and cheap. There’s no luxury here, but that’s not what I was looking for.

The breakfast was very good, and the rooms were spacious, with a microwave and electric kettle, which is more than you usually get. It’s a comfortable, nice, and inexpensive hotel. Excellent place.

The beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly and polite. The place was quiet too. But the cleaning needs improvement: they said towels would be changed starting on the third day, yet we used the same ones all week until we complained. They should do a better job cleaning the rooms.
