The location is good, and both the rooms and bathrooms were clean and complete. But the TVs are 12-inch CRTs, there's no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and there's no water dispenser. Breakfast is basic: tea, yerba mate, coffee, milk, two croissants per person, and bread for toast. Even when you specifically ask them not to enter for cleaning, they still come in as soon as you leave, which made me uncomfortable and left me feeling my things weren't secure. They should consider updating the place.

This place has a great 90s feel that really takes you back. There's a patio to sit outside and a game room. Daniel was a gem and managed to find a room for two when I asked. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, even though I'd just woken up. I recommend booking ahead since it gets really busy in peak season.

For a three-star hotel, the service wasn't what I expected. I stayed two days and thought the price was too high for the room. Everything felt old, including the TV, and the Wi-Fi kept cutting out in the rooms. The breakfast was very poor, just croissants and toast, with no buffet. I go to San Clemente every year and hope they improve the service.

My mother stayed for four days and was very happy with the service. Maria Isabel, the owner, and the cleaning staff were kind and helped her whenever she needed it. The hotel was comfortable and very clean, and the staff were always helpful. That really deserves a mention!

Everything was spotless, and they cleaned the rooms every morning. It's a cozy place that takes me back to another era, with very friendly owners and its own parking. I'm very satisfied!
