Hotel Plaza Pringles

We had a good time because we only used the hotel to sleep, though it didn’t feel welcoming. Our room wasn’t cleaned at all during the three days, and the reception area looked badly neglected. The hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. Still, the rates are affordable, and the reception staff were attentive and helpful. The parking garage was very good. The location is excellent, on a lovely pedestrian street less than half a block from the main square and cathedral.

The staff were great and extremely attentive, but the facilities need work. My room had old furniture that wasn’t well preserved. The bathroom was small and poorly laid out, and the shower stall was so tiny, with a curtain shorter than its rail, that taking a shower meant getting everything wet. For the price, it’s okay, but it has these problems.

We only stayed because it was late and we were exhausted. The bed was comfortable, the old heater worked, and there was parking, but everything looked worn and neglected. The towels were fraying, the elevators were old, and they don’t even offer breakfast. The room was awful, with a broken headboard. The whole place is run-down and shouldn’t be operating as a hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it even for an overnight stay. We do not recommend it.
