We could hear the other guests moving around and making noise, and the service left a lot to be desired. On our first day, we found a hole in the shower hose and water leaking everywhere, so we reported it by message. The next day someone knocked while we were asleep, then let themselves into the room with the password they'd given us when we didn't answer. They said they'd knocked four times, which we know wasn't true, and used that as their reason for entering. Now we're worried they might come in again without permission. I absolutely don't recommend this hotel.

The location is the one thing that really works, it's close to everything. Otherwise, there's a lot to be unhappy about. The service was terrible, and they came at us as soon as we arrived. If we hadn't already paid a reservation fee, we'd have turned around and left. The fire extinguishers were expired. The room floors and counters were clean, but the bedding and towels were dirty, with stains on the comforters and blankets. The shower hose had a hole and leaked water everywhere. The mattresses were so-so, not comfortable but not awful either; they might be fine for two days, though a longer stay could leave you short on proper rest. Sound carries so badly you can hear people next door breathing, upstairs or downstairs. It's a three-story building with four apartments on each floor, and people walking up the stairs sound like they're about to fall inside. The pool was dirty, poorly maintained, and had too much chlorine. If you want to relax, this isn't the place. Sleeping is hard unless you wait until after midnight, when most people are inside. The parking area only fits small cars, so a truck won't fit. The hallways are barely 3 meters wide. With quieter surroundings and better service, it could be a 10, but the way they speak to and treat guests is a real shame.

We spent five nights there, and the apartment was spacious, well equipped, clean, and close to the center. The service was excellent, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. Parking is available, but it's first come, first served, and getting a truck in and out isn't easy. Assigned spaces would make it simpler, especially when loading and unloading, and would avoid parking in front of another family's apartment. One detail that wasn't mentioned on the website: the pool is heated in summer. The water felt pleasant, but when the air got cooler, our family would have preferred warmer water. That's personal preference, but knowing this at booking could affect the choice.

Joha was great, a real 10/10. She works in management and gave us suggestions for places to visit, things to do, and spots to eat. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. The only reason I'm taking off a star is the terrible Wi-Fi. We just wanted to watch a movie at night, but the connection was practically nonexistent. Not sure if it was our room, number 3, or what. Apart from that, I recommend it 100%!
