We spent six days here and loved it. Everything was very tidy, and the place felt private, with a spacious patio and parking. It's close to the center, and the patio has a grill and tables. Everything was perfect.

The owner is friendly, and the place is nice, but it needs maintenance. The deterioration is very noticeable.

For a short stay, the small space is comfortable and has everything you need. The bathroom and heating were my favorite parts, and the place is quite unique. I'd recommend it if you're comfortable managing on your own, since the owner only sends access instructions by message. The property is neglected and needs improvement, and the facade doesn't make a good first impression. The least pleasant part was hearing from the owner only two days before departure, when he sent instructions and stressed that I needed to arrive on time. I would have rated it five stars if he had instead checked how I was doing and whether I needed anything. As I experienced it, the service felt very basic and unfriendly, especially as this was my first time in San Martín de los Andes. It's about ten blocks from the center, and I would recommend it to young people without mobility issues.

Guillermo's service was the highlight. He was always attentive and even let us leave our car and suitcases after checkout because our return flight was delayed. The place is fully equipped, with an electric gate and plenty of parking, and it worked well for us as a couple. We stayed nine days, close to downtown San Martín de los Andes. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely return.
