Spectacular!

We didn't use the pool because it was cold in early May, though it looked clean and well cared for. From the first floor, the lagoon view was unbeatable. The hotel looks like an architect designed it without cutting corners, and what they show and offer on Instagram is accurate. The restaurant and breakfast were delicious, and the service was impeccable. Having food there saved us a trip into the town center to look for options. There may be a few small bathroom maintenance issues, but the value for money was very good.

The sunset views are amazing, and the location is excellent. Our room was clean, cool, and comfortable, with a very spacious bathroom. My mom has reduced mobility and was comfortable there; getting to the pool was easy too, and there was lots of room around it, with shade and loungers. A real treat! I don't agree with the complaints about breakfast. It's a simple but good continental breakfast. We have dietary restrictions, and the staff kindly let us use their refrigerators. Everyone on staff was warm and friendly.

When we asked to use the restroom for a child in a wheelchair, we were told we had to buy something first. There was very little empathy for people with disabilities. We'd stayed here before and already had a poor experience with the service and facilities. I wouldn't recommend the place, especially after this treatment.
