We only stayed one night and wished we’d booked for longer. Santiago is kind and helpful, and easy to have a pleasant conversation with. His house and the room were clean and tidy, and the location is great, close to the bus terminal and downtown. Whether you’re passing through or on vacation, I highly recommend it. It feels like home, comfortable and peaceful.

The bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and refrigerator are all available and fully equipped. It’s close to the bus terminal and not far from the shopping center. If you’re passing through San Rafael and want to relax, take a nice shower, and get excellent service, this is the place. Santiago, the owner, welcomes you and is there to answer questions. I’d absolutely come back and recommend it. Excellent value for money.

Santiago was kind and attentive to everything his guests needed, and treated us like family. The house is comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, a covered patio, and a quiet bedroom with a wardrobe, stove, and ceiling fan. The bathroom is lovely and the shower is perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and has plenty of shops and restaurants. Also, you don’t have to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom, despite what another review says. Highly recommended!

My girlfriend and I spent one night here, and the service was spectacular. Santiago, our host, was super friendly and helpful. The room, bathroom, and kitchen all worked perfectly. It’s an affordable and pleasant option close to both the bus terminal and the city center. Highly recommended.
