Apart Hotel Cavis

The apartment they put us in had windows that couldn't be opened (15), and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The showerhead was basically missing, leaving only a trickle of water. We had to ask for kitchen supplies, then wait four hours and insist before they arrived. I got some really annoying voice messages asking me to move my car from a spot that wasn't mine. I explained that, and they didn't even apologize. Bring your own sponges, soap, and laundry detergent, because they provide none. The towels were worn out, the sheets poorly washed, and the walls dirty and marked. The pool wasn't maintained, and they'd removed the ping pong and pool tables. What a shame. I've been going since 2020, but I'm never returning.

The manager or owner who moved us to a different room was very kind. That apartment-style place was quite nice, but we were first given a budget room in poor shape, with beds or mattresses worn out, stained walls, and a small old TV. Check carefully beforehand or ask to see the room.

It's a lovely place, which makes the neglect a real shame. I've stayed at this hotel many times, but this last visit showed a considerable drop in quality. Breakfast is no longer served, and the rooms and apartments need maintenance.

Excellent service and a very good stay. Silvio, Erica and Mary are geniuses.
