Bonito Hotel

Spectacular.

The pool and patio were really nice and comfortable, and the reception staff were friendly. But the place was poorly organized, and the food was very basic, especially since I had full board. The drinks never varied, and the linens smelled of cigarettes every time they were changed. Given its strategic location, I think these problems could be fixed with very little effort, improving the service and keeping tourists at the establishment. Thanks for everything.

The rooms and shared spaces were spotless, and the housekeeping was excellent. We were there with a Rol Sol group, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The pool and barbecue area were also kept in great shape. My only small complaint was the mattress.

The staff were friendly, which is the only reason I’m giving one star. The photos don’t match the comfort or service we got. In the first room, the bed looked ready and the towels were folded, but the bathroom bin was still full of the previous guests’ rubbish. We asked to move, and they apologized and gave us another room. That bed looked made too, but the sheets hadn’t been changed. The pillowcase smelled of someone else’s hair, so we ended up sleeping fully dressed. A disaster. The ventilation was poor as well. Breakfast was sparse. Coffee, milk and water were out, but everything else was tucked away, so we had to ask. There were only some toast and pastries. We’re not demanding, but cleanliness was clearly lacking and the service was terrible. At that price, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
