Cabañas El Eden

There's a lovely garden and a shared pool, with grills and a barbecue area for spending time outside. The accommodation is spacious, safe and reliable. Susana was wonderful and gave excellent service. There's an automatic gate and alarm system, and every cabin has its own alarm as well.

The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and security is excellent. The cabin itself is spacious and has everything you might need. The owner was really, really kind and friendly. 100% recommended.

We went for the May 1 weekend with my partner and our three-month-old daughter, hoping for a few days of rest. Instead, I was bitten by a tick in the bed on the first night and couldn't sleep. I told the owner, who offered to move us to another cabin, but we figured it might have been a one-off and stayed. The second night was worse: my partner and I woke up covered in flea or bedbug bites, despite sleeping in separate beds and rooms. Disgusting, and impossible to rest. We left the complex to find somewhere else. The owner didn't seem surprised and charged us the full price without hesitation. What a disgrace. We found another cabin complex, and everything there was top-notch.

The owners were a 10/10 for service. It's a lovely, peaceful spot on the outskirts of San Rafael.
