We came as a couple, and every day was better than the last. The pools were great, and the Jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing after a day of water activities in the city. The staff’s events were entertaining and had a family feel, and everyone made us feel right at home. The warmth of the staff deserves all the praise. They’re excellent hosts and clearly do everything they can to make the stay unforgettable. Cleanliness, breakfast, maintenance, and service were all top-notch. The room was very comfortable, though a few more electrical outlets would help with all the devices people use these days. It’s a 10 out of 10, with a few details that could still be improved, which is a good thing. Highly recommended. Keep it up!

We had a fantastic few days and wished we could have stayed longer. Our 7-year-old loved the park, games, and pool. The resort also has activities for the whole family, from tastings and family movies to children’s games. Everything was comfortable, clean, and tidy, and the pool was very hygienic. Excellent service. We’d definitely return, and thanks to all the staff. We had underestimated San Rafael on this trip, but it’s a place we’ll come back to.

The garden is beautiful, with a children’s playground, and the place is very well equipped. Our cabin was spotless and had every comfort. The staff were all friendly and attentive, and Marcos is a gem. Thank you! I’d return without hesitation, and recommend it 100% for families and friends.

The three pools were really comfortable, and the cabins had plenty of green space around them. The owner runs the place, and everyone helping out was so friendly. The location worked well for us, too. There are swings and play equipment for kids, plus pool and ping pong for older guests. It’s such a lovely place, we didn’t want to leave.
