There’s plenty of space and the garage is spacious, and the price is relatively low. But the place needs better hygiene: the bedding had stains that looked questionable, and there isn’t much light. Cleaning that up seems like it could be done without much cost.
It's away from the city center, so there's less traffic and noise. The apartment is spacious, has parking, and comes with all the services and amenities.
We were there for four days, three friends, and found the apartment very comfortable. The safe, quiet neighborhood has a park across the street where you can sit until late without trouble, and the bus stops right outside, handy if you don't have a car. The owner was kind and attentive. One thing that could be better is the cleanliness of the sheets and comforters. Also, we weren't told that the fridge with a freezer was broken, so we had to use a smaller one with a freezer. It was new and worked perfectly, though. For the price I can't complain, but they could improve the bedding and charge a little more.
Quiet and in a good spot. Very nice.
The owner is easy to reach and very attentive if you have questions. The place is comfortable and has everything you need for a good stay.
