Hacienda Altomonte

We were 12 people staying in three cabins, and the place itself was truly beautiful. The staff made the experience excellent. Lauti was especially capable and professional, handling everything from welcoming us to sorting out any issues, and was always helpful and focused on the guests. Rosmari brought such warmth and sweetness to breakfast, and everything was clean, tidy, and well looked after. Cristian seemed more like a host than a maintenance worker, always smiling and ready to help with whatever we needed. The only disappointment was the garage during the hailstorm. The owner, who should have set an example, put his own vehicle first instead of keeping his promises to guests. That was a shame, especially beside the extraordinary attitude and commitment of the staff.

We stayed as a family in a spacious, clean house, and it was so peaceful. The houses have barbecue grills, the pool is large, and breakfast was really complete. The staff were especially attentive and friendly. Beautiful place, we hope to come back! 🇺🇾

The cabin had everything we needed, including shampoo, conditioner, and soap, and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was an American-style buffet, and we ate like kings. The kids loved the pool while we took it easy. Our two puppies were treated with so much care, with treats, calming beds, and a water dispenser. We had a peaceful, wonderful stay at Hacienda Altomonte, better than we expected. We’ll definitely come back.

Joy and the whole team were warm, funny, and quick to sort out anything we asked about. Joy also knows a lot about tourism. The cabins gave our kids a great time, especially getting to spend time with the animals and dogs and play simple family games away from screens. The pool is huge and lovely, and breakfast was tasty and varied, adapted for us since we were the only guests. We hope to return. A roof over the grill chimney would keep the fire dry in the rain, the veranda could use more light, and a fan in the other upstairs room would be nice.
