The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean, and the air conditioner quiet and effective. Still, we could hear someone snoring and coughing from another room all the way down the hall. The outlets are high on the walls, nowhere near the beds. We did settle a disagreement about our room prices, but the conversation was really uncomfortable.
A lovely place to unwind and enjoy the luxuries Mendoza has to offer, with excellent service.
The staff were very, very good, and the location is great, but I had a really bad stay and wouldn't recommend it. There was shouting from a man in the hallway, along with other noise. The bathroom was awful and had a smell that wouldn't go away, and our sheets were never changed. The rooms are tiny, though presented well, and the property has improved compared with previous years. We'd already booked and had no other option. They still need to keep improving.
Clean, close to the center, and has air conditioning. A beautiful place, good and affordable too!
Nidia, the owner, looked after us herself and was such a kind, wonderful person. My husband and I were a bit worried about the roads on our travels, and she even gave us her personal number in case we ran into trouble. Excellent service, highly recommend!
