Kalton Hotel

Good service and nice people.

The only thing I’d criticize is the number of outlets in our room. We had to unplug a few things to charge our phones and other devices. The staff were warm and attentive. The reception team, led by Daiana, made us feel comfortable and at ease, and gave us helpful information for getting around San Rafael. The hotel Kalton is a great choice if you’re looking for good value. It has what you need for a comfortable rest, and breakfast is filling, with different options to start the day. I definitely recommend it.

Everyone was helpful and really friendly, and the price felt fair. The location is excellent. Breakfast was decent, though it could be made much better with just a little effort. My only small concern was that there didn't seem to be a backup if the garage ran out of space.

Daiana was helpful on the phone before we arrived and just as attentive when we met. When rain caught me the next day, another receptionist lent me an umbrella, and the woman handling breakfast was very kind too. The whole team was warm and welcoming. We'll definitely come back, thank you so much!
