Marianela stayed in touch, checked if we had any problems, and gave us recommendations for San Rafael. My partner and I had a fantastic time and would return; I’ve recommended it to my family, too. The place was close to everything, spacious, and bright, with an en-suite bathroom in each bedroom and a half-bath in the living room. The armchairs were incredibly comfortable. My only personal gripe was that the terrace wasn’t open, so I had to go downstairs and out of the building to smoke.

A large supermarket is just around the corner, and there are delicious empanadas a block away. The apartment was very comfortable for our group of five, with a garage for the car, and felt very safe. It’s only a block from the center and close to all services. An excellent place to stay, highly recommended.

The location is excellent and the place is very well equipped, but we had a lot of trouble with the elevator and could hardly use it during our 4-day stay. The bathroom especially wasn’t clean, the mattresses sag, and the price feels very high given all those issues.

The kitchen was dirty and poorly equipped. The beds were awful, an absolute disgrace. I don’t know how they can offer beds like that.
