Terrible! The hotel was very poor, the breakfast was bad, the shower was the worst I've ever used, and the elevator was small and felt very dangerous. I stayed after seeing the photos and reading the comments, but they didn't reflect the place at all. I really didn't like it.

I stayed for five nights in February. The housekeeping team, breakfast attendants, and two of the receptionists were lovely, helpful, and on top of things. The night receptionist, a very young guy, seemed to have little interest in working. There’s plenty that needs attention in the rooms. Our bathroom tap leaked, and my companions’ bathroom flooded several times. The pillowcases were dirty, the TVs were old, and all the remotes were broken. The rooms also felt cramped. Breakfast was another letdown: just the basics, no fruit or cold cuts, and only powdered juice. Some days even the pastries seemed stale. With those specific things improved, I’d rate it differently, but this stay wasn’t a good experience for me.

The value for money is excellent, and the location in the very center of town is hard to beat. The hotel feels a little dated in places, though it’s clearly well maintained. There’s an outdoor pool, and breakfast is served on the fifth floor. The parking garage is a couple of blocks away in a separate lot, with RFID access. When you leave, watch for the gate halfway down the hill and wait there.
