San Rafael Group

It's clean, and everyone provides excellent service. The location is good, just a few blocks from the city center. The place isn't picturesque, and the rooms aren't beautiful, but they're comfortable and have the necessary amenities. Breakfast is basic, without much variety. Overall, it's worth the price.

Breakfast had plenty of options, and the place is close to everything. Everyone was kind and sorted out any problems we ran into. I’m glad to have somewhere dependable to come back to when I visit San Rafael. Highly recommend it.

The owner was always ready to help, and the service was great. Breakfast was both tasty and varied. It’s a peaceful spot near the main avenues, with a really good location. Thanks for everything, hope to see you again soon. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The central location and the staff were the only real positives. The staff were genuinely doing what they could with what they had, but the stay itself was awful. One night there was a strong gas smell, and the very kind woman looking after us moved us to another room for that night only. The pillows smelled bad, and luckily we had brought our own towels and bath towels. There’s no cleaning service, and neither towels nor sheets are changed. Even though we’d paid for the whole booking, I wanted to leave. We’ve been traveling a lot lately, and this was the worst place we’ve stayed. I WOULD NEVER COME BACK. Also, they were offering a bottle of wine for every positive review a guest posted.
