The place is spacious, but it feels too small when it’s full. We left just as a group of 60 graduating students was arriving, so we got lucky. The facilities were in rough shape: the gym was old and partly unusable, the pool table, foosball, and ping pong were in terrible condition, and the basketball and soccer courts were badly kept and had no nets. The pool was only acceptable when there weren’t many people. One day 20 people showed up, the water turned cloudy, and it never cleared over the next few days. They cleaned it very late, around 11 am. The slide didn’t have water because of broken pipes, and they didn’t fix it. Other families in the complex told us rainwater got into their apartments, and some had no water at all after a pump broke. We’d prepaid, so my family and I stayed, though with kids and no car it would have been hard to leave. The arrival was a mess: we got there at 1 PM, waited half an hour because the room supposedly needed cleaning, then someone else came by, asked what we were doing there, and said the room had actually been ready for a while. The apartment was very small for four. The bathroom fan comes on with the light and is so loud it would wake everyone if you went at night. Towels are meant to be changed every other day, but they wouldn’t do it unless you begged. Their social media advertises restaurant service that doesn’t exist, and the photos are completely outdated. Breakfast wasn’t great, and the hours were very short, just 8:00 to 10:00 am. They don’t allow guests to bring animals, but the owner’s small dog roamed loose and bit the children. When we complained, she gave us a dirty look, said it “just wants to play,” and wouldn’t put it away. Before the trip, they confirmed on WhatsApp that they’d lend us a soccer ball. When we arrived, they said no because “they get stolen.” I showed them the chat; they said they’d look into it and then ignored me for the rest of the trip. I had to pay for a taxi downtown to buy one. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The lack of maintenance and consideration for guests was complete.

The pool is fantastic, the rooms are quite nice, and you can cook in your room. Breakfast is generous and delicious, and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The property is beautiful and spacious, with a park, pool, games room, and even a koi pond. The games room is a bit run-down, but still enjoyable. Our visit happened to be during a chaotic few days. We arrived and couldn’t find anyone to greet us or a reception desk, so as first-timers we drove in without knowing where to go. Our room wasn’t ready, and we waited almost an hour. Booking.com gave a different time from the resort, so calling ahead could help. We had to ask other guests where to get assistance, and they sent us to the dining room. There was a children’s soccer event going on, which made things chaotic. We only got some peace and quiet on our last day, just before leaving.

Such a great complex for relaxing and switching off. It was so quiet and peaceful, and I’m going to miss that! The cabin was well equipped, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the shower was wonderful. Each morning at breakfast, the staff asked if we needed anything like toilet paper, towels, or a kitchen roll. They were really kind and attentive. I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back soon!

The pool was really clean and pleasant, and I enjoyed it a lot. There are open, tidy spaces, and I recommend the place. The recreation area could use some work, though: the chicken coops are bent, and the gym equipment doesn’t work properly.
