Hotel Apolo

I could only give it one star, though it deserved less. There were two huge cockroaches in the room when I arrived. I refused to stay, and they tried to hold on to my deposit before eventually giving it back. Bad in every way, it couldn't have been worse.

The location is handy, close to everything while still in a quiet area. I also found the facilities impeccable, with a pool, gym, and common spaces that had everything for relaxing and enjoying the stay. My room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the breakfast was varied, high quality, and better than I expected. From arrival to the end, the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. I'd come back without hesitation, and recommend it to anyone wanting comfort, good service, and a pleasant stay.

The staff were friendly, so that's what the star is for. I'd rather not say anything about the hotel itself.

We left very satisfied. It's an affordable, simple hotel with the basic amenities, and the staff are very friendly. It's an old-fashioned place with lots of plants and a partly covered inner courtyard furnished with a table and chairs. There's covered parking for guests arriving by car. A warm, comfortable spot for resting and relaxing if you're not after luxuries, and charming if you enjoy old buildings.
