Hotel Cervantes

The rooms are a bit dingy and need upkeep. Some beds are in good shape, but others are worn out and should be replaced. Breakfast comes with coffee, tea, juice and croissants. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and deserve high marks. The Wi-Fi worked great, and there’s secure parking. It’s also well located for the pedestrian street, the park and the shopping mall.

You can leave the car in the garage and get around on foot, which is a real plus here. The hotel is right in the city center, just 100 meters from the pedestrian area. Service was friendly and efficient, and the prices felt very reasonable for the care and services. The rooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms, though some rooms are more modern than others. Breakfast was very good and had plenty of options. I’d highly recommend it.

The room was extremely damp, and the mattresses were in terrible condition. The quilts and sheets were old and damp too. Staff service was poor, except for the woman serving breakfast. Breakfast itself was very basic, and the parking was tiny and inconvenient. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
