Avoid staying here if you can. There are insects everywhere, and it’s not a place I’d recommend.

We got excellent service ☀️. The apartment is right in the city center and has everything: towels, a heater, blankets, dishes, and hot water.

The room itself was fairly comfortable, with a kitchenette, table, and wardrobe, but getting into it took an hour because the maid wasn’t there. The receptionist ended up preparing and cleaning the room himself. The bathroom was cramped, with the bidet inside the shower, and its tiles were covered in mold. There’s no on-site parking. The lot they use is two blocks away, costs 170 pesos per day, and has no security.

The place was dirty, there were no toiletries, and the service was only okay. Our supposed double bed was two single beds pushed together. For just a few more pesos, you can get a somewhat better hotel. This one was really mediocre, so I can’t recommend it.
