Really good value for the price. The owner is great. The rooms are studio-style, with air conditioning, a TV, and a private bathroom. There's a very clean shared kitchen with a fridge, freezer, plates, and cutlery, plus a common area with a TV and tables, and parking. I'd avoid rooms near the entrance, since you can hear the street and people coming and going.

Gustavo's service was top-notch, and the place is quiet and comfortable, in a great spot very close to downtown. The only drawback is the parking garage: with all the cars parked together, getting out is hard, and the noise can disturb you when you're trying to rest.

The owner is super friendly, and everything was spotless. We had air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, a great view, and excellent shower water. It's five blocks from downtown, the river, and the bus terminal, and the price was great for mid-January. 10/10 accommodation.

We stayed for two days. The owner was friendly and the atmosphere was peaceful. It may not suit children: they shout, and out of respect for people traveling alone, the noise can be heard throughout the property. Apart from that, everything was wonderful...
