Hotel Sorrento

The location worked out perfectly, close to the town center and only a block and a half from the beach. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and breakfast was fairly complete. It wasn't anything amazing, but fine for the price. Cleanliness was the letdown: our bathroom had mold, and we had to ask for someone to come clean the room.

Our room was spacious, had everything we needed, and came with a spectacular ocean view. The staff were very friendly and always available, and we loved the tasty, varied breakfast. We did get stuck in the elevator twice. Maintenance fixed it quickly both times, but it wasn't a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently close to the pedestrian area and just steps from the beach. We had a very good stay and would definitely come back.

From our third-floor room we could see the sea, and the beach was only a block and a half away. I had a wonderful stay and am grateful for how trustworthy and welcoming this place felt. Breakfast was delicious and high quality. The kitchen sink backs up as soon as you wash something and takes a while to drain, and the shower floor dips a bit, so a different material might feel more comfortable. Other than that, it's comfortable, quiet, and safe. 🤩❣️

Great setup for families, with one of the best-equipped game rooms in Santa Teresita, a fantastic slide in the dining area, and a lovely playground on the covered terrace. The heated pool was a 10/10 on windy days when the beach wasn't an option, and the beach is just a block away. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a peaceful stay; there were two of us and we had two bathrooms. The staff are super dedicated and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful and high quality, with lots of pastries, drinks like yogurt, juice, coffee and tea, plus apples, oranges, and watermelon, as shown in the photos. 🤗
