Everything was clean, and our room had comfortable beds, a modern bathroom with all the equipment, good Wi-Fi, and a lovely view of the square. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help. The location is right in the heart of Santiago: across from the main square, a block from the cathedral and Bicentennial Cultural Center, 10 blocks from the bus terminal and Tren al Desarrollo station, 15 blocks from the waterfront promenade, and 6 km from the airport. There are also plenty of restaurants, pizzerias, and cafes within 200 meters.

The reception was excellent, and the location is right in the heart of Santiago del Estero, just steps from the main square. It has parking out front, a heated pool, and a varied breakfast. The towels and bathrobes were in poor shape, though, and some areas need maintenance. The price feels a bit high for what's offered. It's clearly an older hotel taken over by a chain, and some of the renovations need more work.

I had a really lovely week at the NH. The people made a big difference: José at reception was incredibly kind and friendly, and always found an answer to my questions or concerns. Gustavo was just as attentive. Luis also gave excellent service in the hotel café, which deserves five stars. Breakfast was very complete, and the gym was great, with lots of equipment and help available if you need anything. I'd highly recommend the place for both the facilities and its people. Best wishes to everyone, and I hope to come back.
