Hosteria La Angostura

The river nearby is lovely, and there are walks to enjoy, with the dam and pool as other options. The inn is quiet and very clean, with excellent shared areas and infrastructure. The hostel section was especially good, with everything new. Remodeling is still underway, so they only serve breakfast for now. It was a very good, reasonably priced buffet. I hope they add lunch and dinner, especially for people traveling by public transport.

We had a good stay, and I'd definitely come back. The one problem was the bathroom: the remodel seemed poorly planned, because water spilled out everywhere when we showered. Otherwise, we were comfortable. Our room was a good size, had the amenities we needed, and opened onto the park. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. Even though we arrived at 10 p.m., the staff were helpful and treated us normally. There were only two guests in the whole hotel while we were there. The pool was average in size, and there was also a fire pit area that looked fun, although we didn't use it. Hostería la Angostura had recently opened when we visited, and that showed in the new or fully remodeled spaces, all in excellent condition. It was already a very pleasant place for a quiet vacation, and I think it could become a popular gathering spot once the work is fully finished.

We felt right at home, and my wife and I are already thinking about coming back. The staff were incredibly kind and gave us personal attention. The facilities were comfortable and immaculate, and breakfast was sensational. We had a wonderful stay.

Tafí del Valle was a great place to stay. Everything was spotless, inside and out, and the facilities were all brand new. The scenery around the hotel is beautiful, and the location is fantastic. The staff were so attentive. I'd happily return.
