Hotel Virgen Del Valle

Sublime 🤩

What?

January 24, 2026: we paid 90,000 pesos for a triple room, and for that price the room was poor. They also cut off the water at 10 PM. The blankets smelled bad, and the bathroom door had glass, so you could see everything. Reception was unfriendly. They didn't even say hello, and the way they showed me the room was awful. My mother was paying and checking in while I went to get the car, but when she arrived they wouldn't show her the room. She'd have had to climb the stairs again, and they didn't even give her directions. My sister has celiac disease, and when she asked about breakfast, they said there were no gluten-free options as though the question was a nuisance. The staff showed no dedication. I won't return. If you can avoid this place, do. There are other options at that price.

The atmosphere is modest and affordable, but the place is well located and hygienic, with pleasant decor. The service was excellent.
