Juan was friendly and helpful, and the Wi-Fi had a good signal. The cabin is comfortable with the basic necessities, though the kitchen has just a gas stovetop and microwave, no oven. It's a lovely, peaceful place to get away from the city, with lots of greenery to enjoy with family. The exterior wood on the cabin and pool floors and railings needs maintenance. I hope they can improve that.

Juan Ignacio is a very friendly host, and the night sky is incredible. We found the cabins had all the basics and offered good value for money. It's a great place to enjoy a few quiet days and disconnect. General upkeep of the cabins could be better.

The park was well cared for, and everything was remarkably clean. We felt close to the wildlife, with all kinds of birds and other animals around. Our first night was stormy, followed by two lovely, cool, very sunny days. Juan Ignacio was attentive and helpful, both during booking and when answering our questions while we were there. The view is incredible, and the place is beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. I first stayed here seven years ago, then came back in April 2023 and again in January 2024. This was my third visit, and the service was top-notch.
