Casa Chacabuco Tandil

Everything was immaculate and in excellent condition. There were two or three spots that needed repairs, but they seemed to be part of the place's preventive maintenance. Cleanliness, linens, and breakfast especially stood out, along with the hostess and staff's friendliness. There are thoughtful details everywhere, each with its own story. It was a wonderful experience, and we'll be back!

Marta and Alicia were very kind, and the location is excellent, right in the city center. I loved the garden, which is well maintained and has a swimming pool, and the kitchen where breakfast is served, with its vintage porcelain dishes. Guests can use the refrigerator and microwave, which makes you feel right at home. The old house has four lovely bedrooms decorated with period furniture, including one for people with reduced mobility and an extra-large one that's a dream. There's also a living room with armchairs and a dining room with a beautiful library. The one downside was needing to leave our luggage until 3 pm. Marta said no because it was Sunday and nobody was available to open the door. That was inconvenient since we were traveling back at 4 pm. Even so, I highly recommend the place and would return.

Casa Chacabuco is one of those places you enjoy with all five senses. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it. Its location is ideal for exploring Tandil on foot, with the car only needed for longer trips. Alejandra, the owner, is charming, knowledgeable, and very attentive. You can see how much she loves the house and cares about every detail. Alicia keeps everything spotless and makes exquisite breakfasts. Every room is comfortable and has something unique, with incredible libraries and reading nooks. The patio is breathtaking, and we enjoyed every space. The master bedroom, the largest, is indescribably beautiful. The sheets are perfect, soft, white, and spotless, and the towels are excellent quality. It's an old house with a very special charm, and everything has been carefully thought out.
