The staff were what made this stay stand out for us. Everyone was so kind and eager to help make things pleasant, and I've never felt so well looked after at a hotel. Our room was spotless, and breakfast was both delicious and generous. It was a lovely place for a peaceful, relaxing stay. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

We had a really comfortable room, and the showers, mattress, sheets, and towels were all very good. Breakfast was simple, good quality, and tasty. The weekend show was lovely, but from our room we couldn't hear it, so we could rest properly. The hotel is family-run and being renovated, and the owners were very friendly. All the staff were attentive. The girl who came quickly to serve the child later turned out to be the owner, or perhaps another member of the hotel, I'm not sure. One thing for parents traveling with kids: please don't leave all the bills and pastries your children won't eat. Just take what you'll use, since the rest of us shouldn't have to eat pastries that have been handled or slobbered on.
