So, so, so good.

The grounds are huge, with lots of trees and a wooden playground. The manager was very friendly, as was the house pet. But the cabins need general cleaning and maintenance. We stayed five days, a couple with three children, and were put in cabin 8. The refrigerator didn't work. When I reported it, the WhatsApp reply was, "Oh, and the freezer too?" A few hours later they brought one from another cabin. Smoking supposedly isn't allowed, but they clearly cooked with charcoal in the fireplace area, and the smoke hits you as soon as you walk in. The bathroom had a lot of limescale, especially on the floor, and the clogged pipes left a constant urine smell. The pool gate is broken, which is dangerous, and they let the neighbor's dog swim in the pool. There's also a playroom with foosball and ping-pong, but it was quite dirty. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine with a very steep staircase, so I wouldn't recommend it for older people. The downstairs room was small and had no air conditioning or fan. The bedrooms did have box spring beds with decent mattresses. In the kitchen there were five dinner plates, five sets of cutlery, five cups, five glasses, a pot with no lid or handles, a colander, and a few cutting boards. The stove worked perfectly, but the oven rack was missing so the oven couldn't be used. There's an electric kettle, though it's covered in limescale, plus a toaster and electric coffee maker. Breakfast was the same each day: a dry breakfast with five slices of white bread, five of seeded bread, five croissants, five slices of cake, a small container of cheese, and jam. These may have been very luxurious cabins when they were built, but they aren't maintained now. For what they charge, you can find better.

Fabiana was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The grounds are lovely, and the pool was clean, clear, and well maintained, though its damaged entrance gate was dangerous for children. The cabins look like they were once nice, but they clearly need years of maintenance. The bathroom had no soap dish or cup holder, the bidet was loose, and the mosquito net was torn.

We loved this place the first time, so this was our second stay. The grounds are beautiful, but neglected, and the pool clearly needs maintenance. The houses had peeling paint, and we could tell right away this visit wouldn't be like the last one. There was neglect everywhere: rotten deck boards, railings missing their finishing touches, and lounge chairs that were all broken or rotten. The suitcases were all different and poor quality. The dish sponges were ready for the bin, mosquito nets were torn, and electrical outlets were sticking out. The grills had loose bricks and holes, and the bathrooms were yellowed with limescale. It's a shame, because we had loved the place.

I'm leaving this review without even visiting, because the phone service was disastrous. I had to make call after call to ask about the cabins, prices, layout, and how they were arranged. They didn't answer the calls or all my questions. Sometimes I'd ask two things and only get one answer. The wait was over 48 hours before I got proper service, after trying for hours. We were a group of 12 and ended up going somewhere else. The price itself isn't expensive, but with such poor service it feels completely excessive. What a shame.
