Hot water came through with good pressure, and the garden was a pleasant space we could use. The rest of our stay fell short, though. There was a clear lack of cleanliness and general upkeep, which affected comfort. The sheets and blankets looked very old and were unpleasant to use, while the worn-out mattresses made it hard to sleep well. Replacing the bedding and mattresses, and improving the cleaning and maintenance, would make the place much more satisfactory.

We nearly lost a trip that was already planned because, the day before we were due to go, they realized they had never booked our reservation from two months earlier and had given the spot to someone else. They only discovered this after we contacted them. The one positive was that they returned our deposit.

We had a wonderful weekend after booking all the cabins with our hockey team. This is our second year coming, and the team here is always attentive and helpful.
