The breakfast was good, and the rooms feel nicely designed, clean, and uncluttered. The large windows make A/C necessary, and both the air conditioning and WiFi worked well. Paid off street parking is limited, but there’s street parking too, and it felt fine in this safe area.

Such a comfy, relaxing stay. It feels like a new, modern hotel, and would suit solo travellers, couples, or friends. Loved it.

Everyone on staff was incredibly kind and wonderful. The location is great too, just south of the Plaza.

The beds were so comfortable, the rooms practical, and the shower was great. I especially appreciated getting a WhatsApp message to come down for breakfast before the kitchen closed 🥰 The rooftop pool feels really modern, and the gym is new and beautiful. I'd come back a thousand times!

The location downtown was a real plus, four blocks from the main square and close to Independence Park and the Moorish Castle. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and well cared for, and our room had everything we needed. My daughter and I had a wonderful first trip together, thanks in large part to Florencia, who was incredibly helpful and sweet to us ❤️ Breakfast had lots of variety and was replenished regularly, so I’m not sure why some people complained. The pool was closed and the spa was being renovated, presumably because of the time of year we visited, but the terrace was lovely. They also scan your key card when you come in, which is convenient. I’d definitely return.
