We had friendly staff and a parking lot, which was a plus. The room was small but adequate for the number of guests, and the bathroom had a whirlpool. The pool should stay full: it was empty for one of the three days we were there, which shouldn’t happen. Breakfast could use more choices than croissants and toast, such as fruit, whole-wheat bread, ham, and cheese. The hotel is nice.

The staff gave excellent service, and we were more than comfortable during our stay. We really enjoyed the pool and hot springs. The one drawback was having to pay extra for bathrobes.

The breakfast is basic, but the rooms are comfortable, with a thermal pool and jacuzzi, and the bathroom has a good hot shower. There’s a garage for the car, and the hotel is well located, just a few blocks from the center. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

We had parking, and the hotel is near the plaza with the casinos and shops. The room and bed were beautiful, and breakfast was good. I still recommend the hotel, even though my attempt at a thermal bath ended badly: the tub temperature wasn’t regulated properly, and the water burned me badly. I gave up and got out. I was exhausted, so I didn’t complain.

There’s a lot of poverty in the area, and the surroundings look very dirty, with plastic bags everywhere and dumps along the roadside. The hotel itself feels neglected and poorly maintained, with old pool and bathroom facilities, mediocre food, and little investment or renovation. It’s a shame, but I won’t return.
