The location is the one positive. The place felt neglected, with poor cleaning in both the rooms and shared spaces. We couldn't use the kitchen because the refrigerator was switched off, and our bathroom was unhygienic and leaking. The pool was dirty too, not somewhere you'd want to dip a toe. Don't be taken in by the photos.

Martin was always helpful and ready to answer questions, and the room itself was comfortable and nice. I loved the vintage decor and the place's charm. There are two hammocks and a pool, though the area at the back around the pool could use some maintenance. Just a bit of constructive feedback.

The garden hammocks are a lovely spot to unwind, and the boat dock and train station are about a 15-20 minute walk away. There are also two small supermarkets around the corner for picking up breakfast supplies. Martin and Lucas are glad to answer guests' questions. A great place to get away from the bustle of Buenos Aires.

The owners are incredibly welcoming, and there are restaurants nearby. Breakfast comes with toast, butter, jam, and croissants, plus coffee, tea, and orange juice. The train station is roughly a 20-minute walk away. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
