The rooms are pretty neat, the staff are dutiful, and the WiFi works. It feels like the kind of place where you wonder if they realize what a little gold mine they have. Some things could use improvement, though. A few rooms don’t have shower curtains, and breakfast is more or less toast with more toast, and, yes, another helping of toast.

After each excursion, the super comfortable room and huge bed were perfect for resting. It’s a picturesque place, and the service from Olga was excellent, especially at breakfast. Efrain was friendly, too. Highly recommended.

The street is hard to manage with wheeled suitcases, and the place itself is nice. But the owner was disrespectful to customers. He refused to give me a complaint form, even though they’re legally required to provide one, and I’ll report it to the authorities. There seems to be an issue between Booking.com, where I booked, and the owner. I didn’t even see him, and he washed his hands of the problem. He also wouldn’t give me a receipt clearly marked “PAID,” apparently just to annoy me, and refused to provide one to Booking.com. I hadn’t read the very negative reviews about him taking advantage of customers by raising prices.

A spacious room with a giant, super comfortable bed, plus a delicious and generous breakfast. It’s lovely and comfortable, and the value for money is excellent. Highly recommend!

It’s a few blocks uphill from the center. The walk isn’t too hard, but it’s something to consider if you have mobility issues. The hotel was nice and very clean, though more attention to small details would help. Our towels were torn and kept opening up more as we used them. The bed was comfortable, and the room spacious, but ventilation wasn’t good. Without mosquito nets, opening the windows at night was difficult. Breakfast was very basic: bread, jam, and fruit.
