The surroundings were quiet and wooded, and the internet was fast, though it could still be better. There was a good range of equipment, including a heater, stove, fridge, two fans, dishes and cutlery, window screens, and a spotless bathroom. For an affordable overnight stay, that's a lot going for it. There were a couple of drawbacks. The entrance is very steep with sudden drops, manageable but worth being careful with in the rain. We also found the previous guests' box of condoms under the bed, so cleanliness was an issue. The parking cover is only a hail net, which won't keep a car or motorcycle dry.

The cabins are simple but comfortable, and the forest around them is beautiful. My family was amazed by the place, and we had a wonderful time relaxing and getting closer to nature. We're grateful to Javier and Mabel for always being available, and we'll definitely return.

The owners were very attentive, and the surroundings were so quiet. We stayed in cabin 4, which was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was excellent.

I loved being right in the heart of the Trapiche forest. The cabins were clean, comfortable, and well cared for. I'd suggest making the entrance a little better, but otherwise I highly recommend the place.

I gave it five stars for the kindness of the local people, the peaceful feeling when you arrive, and the amenities in the cabins. The owner put it well when I thanked him: "We want everyone to have the best time possible." The cabin and its location aren't luxurious, but the helpful attention made a real difference.
