The location is handy for getting to the center, though the neighborhood isn't very nice. I stayed in one of the apartments and found it too expensive for what it offered, especially since there are better places at the same price. I can't say anything about the private rooms because I didn't see them.

Reception was good. We were offered a street entrance studio for four people, but it definitely needs some maintenance.

The waiters were the one good part, their service was nice. The area felt very unsafe, and you can't really do anything on foot. Our lock broke and left us trapped inside. The shower and toilet kept clogging and were unusable, which was disgusting. When we asked for cleaning supplies, they said they had none.

There was no hot water for showers, and the place felt very damp with no ventilation. The mattresses smelled, and cleanliness was awful. They said they cleaned, but it didn't seem like they even bothered. The area felt dangerous and there was no security, so you couldn't leave. The room setup was terrible, with showers over the toilets, beds packed too close together, and everything crammed into a tiny space. I came away with a VERY bad impression and wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially families with children.

A local warned us that the neighborhood is quite dangerous. The place looked dirty and badly maintained, and it was nothing like the photos. We had a reservation and arrived Sunday at 11 PM, but they couldn't find it, even though we'd spoken by phone the day before. And please don't claim there's street security. There isn't, and even the door was locked when we got there. Hahaha.
