Booking showed photos of what looked like a family hotel, but this place is a Telo, and it was filthy. There were cigarette butts, dirty bathrooms, and walls with gratitude. The air conditioner had a gap on the side where sunlight came in. A taxi driver told us not to be robbed, and we were grateful we weren't. Booking listed 47 thousand plus 9500$ in taxes, but the concierge wanted 63 thousand pesos, plus 20 thousand a night for parking. Be careful with Booking. That's not a hotel, yet you offer it!!...

The walls seem paper thin, and at 4 in the morning people were talking loudly in the hall. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I don't recommend staying here: they quote one price and then charge another.

The attendant walked me to my room, and the service was terrible. Poor service all around.

That red light by the entrance door was a giveaway. My taxi driver said it was a telo, basically a shabby place for a temporary stay, not a hotel.

We only ended up here because the city was packed for a concert and nowhere else had a room. It felt like a motel turned into a hotel, straight out of a Capusotto sketch. My room had no window, just a garage-like space with a shed and tiny rooms with cement beds around it. The cigarette smell was unbearable. The bathroom was acceptable, given how disgusting the rest was. Breakfast was coffee, powdered juice, and two little books. The staff were incredibly unfriendly. They charged us 50k, around 30% more than other 2/3 star places nearby, and only took cash because we checked in at 10 p.m. Calling this a hotel is outrageous.
