They rent only to students and working people, with an age cutoff at 35. The place has Wi-Fi and cable TV, a shared kitchen, rooms with shared bathrooms, and duplex-style apartments. There’s also a laundry room and a grill. It’s clean and has a good atmosphere. I’ve made a lot of improvements to the place.

It’s spacious and gets plenty of light. A good option for students who can’t get an apartment because they don’t meet the requirements.

Really nice place and very friendly people. The service can be a bit poor sometimes, but it’s okay.
