Apart Hotel Bahía Serena

The owner was extremely rude to me. I stopped outside to ask the price. I asked over the intercom, but he didn’t understand me and told me to wait while he came to the gate. When he arrived from reception, I asked how much the accommodation cost. He said, “You made me come all the way here just to ask the price?” I told him yes, because I needed to know the price before deciding whether to stay. He refused to tell me and went back inside. It was very rude.

I’m giving it only two stars because the bed was bad. The mattress sagged and made it hard to sleep, so they should think about replacing the mattresses. The two-story apartment was nice and clean, the service was very good, and it’s one block from the main street, close to everything.

It’s very quiet and good value for the comfort and low price. I recommend it for three people. We came from Yaganes hostel, which, believe me, felt more like a prison than a pleasant place to stay in Ushuaia.

It’s a quiet, very central place with everything nearby. They clean in the morning, and it was clean. There’s good heating, everything needed for cooking, a TV to watch while resting, and parking.
