Guillermo, the owner of the Arboles, was the best part of our stay. He made us feel welcome, helped us find good tours and shared lots of useful information, and even drove us when we needed a ride. When an urgent problem at home meant we had to print and send documents, he helped with that too. He's a great guy, and it's hard to imagine a better place to stay. The apartment was spotless, with daily housekeeping, a very comfortable bed, and separate heat controls in the rooms. We had two balconies looking over town, Beagle Channel, and the Andes mountains. It's good value, in a central spot that's also quiet.

The owners are some of the nicest people you'll meet, and the place is beautifully set a little way up the slope, with spectacular views from the windows. We got an incredible deal for the price. The apartments felt more like a beach rental house than a hotel, with a full kitchen and everything we needed, including a coffee maker, toaster, and dishes for six. We even cooked dinner one night. Street parking is free if you rent a car. Couldn't recommend it more!

I was on the fourth floor, in a really spacious room with two balconies and lovely views of the mountains and Beagle channel. The owner was very friendly at check-in, and the hotel itself was excellent. The internet was my one complaint. It was ridiculously slow, almost unusable.

Really cozy place in a good location, and the staff were incredibly nice. The cleaning was done on time and respectfully. I had an excellent stay and will definitely come back!
