The hostel is a little outside the center, which makes it peaceful and a lovely place to rest after long hiking days. It was cozy and comfortable, with really good heating. But the best part was the staff: Joao, Juli, Cami, and Franco were warm, friendly, and genuinely caring from the moment I arrived. I felt so welcome. A huge thank you to them for making my stay special. I’d happily return! 💙🤗

The breakfast was delicious, and there’s a full kitchen with a fridge on every floor. Our dorm was clean, the beds and pillows were comfy, and the bathroom was spotless, with great shampoo and conditioner. One of the best hostels we’ve stayed at in South America. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Bianca makes you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. She’s always smiling and is supportive and helpful with whatever you need. The hostel is comfortable, and the atmosphere feels like being with family. We had an amazing stay in this lovely city at the end of the world. Highly recommended.

Good value overall, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The bathrooms were kept clean. The rooms were a bit cold, though the lounge areas were warm. Breakfast was toast and croissants with spreads, plus fruit, juice, tea, and coffee.

There’s a large supermarket nearby, and the hostel itself is really clean, from the rooms and kitchens to the shared areas. The beds are comfortable and there’s good airflow. The staff are excellent and so helpful. Thanks to everyone! 😊
