Riviera Fueguina Apartments

We stayed during winter break in July 2024, and everything was perfect. The apartment was exactly as pictured, comfortable, and well located, and the service was excellent. We’d definitely come back. Just bear in mind that everything is accessed by stairs.

The staff were warm and helpful throughout, and when we had an issue with the shower, the team got back to us as quickly as they could. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. It’s also just a short walk from the main street, with shops, restaurants, and taxi stands close by. I’d happily recommend it. Ushuaia is amazing!

Carina was so friendly and helpful that her service stood out from other tourism professionals I’ve met. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well equipped, with panoramic views of the canal and mountains. It’s only a few blocks from the main street, and there are shops, supermarkets, and a laundromat right next door, handy for a longer stay. Just be aware that the building has four stories and no elevator.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The bathroom was extremely dirty, and the door had no lock or handle. Someone had stuffed paper into the lock hole to cover it. The shower was so low that an adult who’s 1.70 meters tall has to bend down to fit under it. The apartment itself was dirty, and the sheets and towels were stained and smelled bad. There were only two blankets or comforters for a booking of four people, and they smelled horrible. The heating barely worked, there weren’t enough covers, and drafts came through gaps around the windows and door. We had to sleep in thermal clothes under our pajamas to stay warm. Getting to the bedrooms means climbing stairs. There’s no parking, so you have to look for a street spot, which is hard to find nearby. There’s also nowhere to store ski equipment.
