We went for my son's birthday, and the woman claiming to be the owner charged us 55,000 pesos for a chair after my father-in-law sat on it and it cracked a little. We paid because the police were calling us. All day she gave us dirty looks, made a fuss over everything we did, and kept interrupting the event with sarcastic comments like, “You're not going to keep breaking things.” The chairs were dry and in bad shape, so it wasn't our fault one cracked. It was the first one with even a tiny crack, and I took a photo of another to show they were all alike. This place is a total rip-off. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone; you'll have a terrible time.

The service is awful. Watch out for the chairs, too: they break as soon as you sit down, and then they try to charge 150,000 pesos for each one.

I've stayed here twice and would gladly come back. The cabins are in good shape and have air conditioning, there's covered parking, and the pool is always spotless. Everything you need for a great stay. Highly recommended ☺️
